Pick a win point and a stop gap loss point......say you have $200 to "lose". You lose $200 and you are done. Good for you. You just gave the casino $200. BTW you could have bet $200 on one game with that bet. You have achieved literally what the casino wants.
Now, have a goal. I want to win $150. You take your $200 and play blackjack, poker, roulette, craps or syndicate.
