How do most spell builds use leech as part of their set up? Or instead do they just go with health regen? Spell leech on gear is hard to come by. If you read guides that's only for lighting damage leech, but if you are not using a lightning attack does the added lightning damage from that really help sustain you helth pool? What about for bosses when you dont have full potion charges all the time, how do you leech during that time?

? Disintegrator has global leech
? Berek's Grip has global leech against shocked which is very easy to use for elementalists and ascendant elementalists with the nice shock without a threshold.
? Elementalist's small elemental leech. You probably want to complement it with an other source of leech since 0.5% is not much.
? Thirst for horrors if you have a curse on hit or blasphemy.
? But it's a fact that you need to make a compromise to take something away to get spell leech.

? Labyrinth boots enchant (%life and mana leech if you have killed recently)
? Elementalist and Hierophant ascendancies
? Chieftain for leech from fire damage
? Elemental (fire/cold/lightning) leech is also available on Doryani's catalyst, Doryani's invitation, as a corruption on amulets and weapons, and as Shaper/Elder mods on amulets, and Vessel of the Vinktar

Warlords Mark with a Blasphemy support or with a Elder ring. For mapping, leech enchantment is pretty good. I wouldn't count on leech when doing bosses, usually using movement skills to avoid damage and having 1-2 health flasks and having regeneration is enough.
Life Leech, mechanically, is in a terrible state now with VP effectively being slayer only. Mana leech for casters is even worse. The only options you have life/mana leech for casters are : boot enchant and warlords mark (either blasph or elder ring). And thats pretty much it. The leech gems are just a meme.
