Besides, once one has availed the services of a scanner there is no need to employ the service of manual labor. This is also a perfect system if the whole idea is to protect important files. At times one may have to indulge in activities such as office cleaning. Here there is every chance that important files may pass into wrong hands. However, with the scanning option available one can relax as all information is there within the scanner. |
