I have had acne for a while and i just realized that some of it was because of stress when i had a break-out right after i was really stressed about something. Any suggestions of what works well for a teen with acne?

I get stress acne and the best thing I can recommend for you is consistency.. be extremely consistent with whatever you use to wash your face. And don't use anti-bacterial soap. Don't use something that makes your skin too dry either. Otherwise, there's not much more to do. I use a product that I sell (I'm an Avon representative).. Clearskin Professional. Sometimes when I'm really stressed, a pimple or two might still come out, but being consistent with my skin care products definitely helped improve my skin and made my stress acne weaker.

If you do get it, I suggest using just a tiny dab of the lotion during that step : ) I used to use pro-active, but I like this better. My skin doesn't get dry like it did for pro-active.
