i am in my early teens and suffer from acne. can you suggest any medicated concealer or non comodegenic in the Indian market

There is no concealing anything from Dj Laserface and the Tastemasters. They know everything. And don't bring your children to them... YOU CAN PROVE NOTHING!

I have acne too.
What I use is "Mineral Power Concealer" by Maybelline.
You can find it at any Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target :)

What I do is get a shade that is a tad lighter than my skin, and I lighty tap it onto my zits. If you rub it, it won't accuratly cover them up.

Then I get "Mineral Power" by Maybelline. (the mineral foundation)
It goes on flawlessly and it works. Get your precise skin tone.

Put it on AFTER the concealer. no more zits :)

I've found that stick concealer works best with the tough spots. It lasts longer, and you can keep it in your purse and easily reapply (as long as you have the best skin match). Physician's Formula has a non comedogenic version of this. Actually, so does Maybelline and it's only $5 and some cents.

For every day wear I use sheer cover and it works well. Stick concealer is best for the worst spots though.

Surprisingly, the best concealer may not be the one that has a well known name behind it.

I use different brands depending on sales and availablity but I have found that Mary Kay has a great liquid concealer. You can call a M. K. dealer this time but once you find the colors that you want you may find it easier and cheaper to purchase online because you wont be tempted by ANY company's shiny catalog to buy all sorts of things that you will probably not buy.

If you have the extra bucks it is always nice to buy whatever you want from a catalog because we don't always have the money to spend on makeup that some of us have to buy other things.
