Beleaguered Bush Calls War Critics “Irresponsible� US President George W. Bush lashed out yesterday at what he called "baseless attacks" by critics of the Iraqi occupation saying that their criticisms were undermining US troops. President Bush speaking to a largely military audience said "While it's perfectly legitimate to criticize my decision or the conduct of the war, it is deeply irresponsible to rewrite the history of how that war began."
