Fromer Tyco International Ltd. CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after being found guilty of embezzling hundreds of millions of dollars. He was led away from the courthouse in handcuffs. Kozlowski, who is 58, will be eligible for parole in eight years time. He will serve his sentence at a state prison in New York. Mark Swartz, the former finance officer at Tyco, was handed the same sentence. He is 44. Tyco has survived the scandal, and stock is trading a US$29 per share. Source: news.yahoo.com
