One Iowa Escapee Caught in Chester, Illinios , Martin Moon (34) was seen near the Menard State Penitentiary. Prison officials noticed a suspicious parked car and called local police who then insued with a brief chase which ended in Moon jumping out of his veichle and crashing it into a tree, then took off running into the woods where he was apprehended. Moon was convicted in 2000 for first-degree murder for shooting & killing his roommate Kevin Dickson in 1999 during a drug deal. Source:
