Border Protection and U.S. Customs at the Reynosa/Pharr port of entry claim that a couple paid $800 dollars for a newborn Mexican baby girl that was just 10 hours old when they got caught in the act. The agency says a sixth sense kicked in when the would be mother was driving the car, that was strange. Immigration Chief David Moreno says that noticing her driving was enough to question the alleged imposters. She changed her story many times. Chief Moreno claimed the Vela's did not have a birth certificate and upon more questioning the truth came out. The couple claimed they could not have children of their own. The desperate parental wannabes were arrested and jailed on federal alien smuggling. Source:
