Former Manchester United and Northern Ireland football star George Best, 59, has died in London's Cromwell Hospital after being admitted on the 1st of October, and later contracting a kidney infection. Earlier this morning, doctors at the hospital had said that it was unlikely Best would survive the day and all they could do was keep him comfortable. Best suffered a lung infection last week, which lead to major organ failure and internal bleeding. Source: news.bbc.co.uk
