Cleveland Ohio - Dale Trent of Port Clinton and Craig Carr of Oak Harbor caught 40 tons of yellow perch and sadly enough they caught way too much fish and went over the quotas for 2002 and 2003. The two men pleaded guilty to theft and a judge fined them $87,000 and ordered them to donate 500lbs of yellow perch to a soup kitchen.
