One of the men who is suspected of attempting to blow up a London Underground train on July 21st is to be flown back to the UK. Hussain Osman was arrested a week after the attacks. He is accused of trying to blow up a tube train at Shephard's Bush in West London. His Italian lawyer appealed against the extradition believing that he would not get a fair trial but lost the appeal. The other three suspected bombers are being held at the same south-east London prison. They are charged with attempted murder and possessing explosives. A forth man is charged with conspiracy to murder and to cause explosions. Source: news.bbc.co.uk
