An 18-year-old young man has now become the mayor in Hillsdale, Michigan, by two votes. The race, which pitted a 51 year old against the 18 year old had to be one of the closest races ever in history. Michael Sessions, the young man who was elected, said he would take the job very seriously, but it should be noted, he will only spend half the day at town hall due to high school. On a more interesting note, his whole campaign was a write-in, one month before voting was to begin, and he spent a grand total of $700 to win. Source: msnbc.msn.com
