Police in Waterford are seeking a criminal wearing a green coat, black knit hat, scarf, gloves and sporting a tattoo of the word "dumb" on the inside of his right arm. The man, identified as Andrew Jeffrey Webster, is said to be armed and dangerous. Webster entered a bank handing a teller a note, no weapon was seen, then left on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of money. Webster, 21, is 6ft tall and 150lbs. A warrant has been obtained for his arrest. The robbery occurred at the National City Bank in the 900 block of West Huron. Source:
