Tim McGraw's hit "Live Like You Were Dying" has been named "Song of the Year" at this year's Country Music Awards. The song spent weeks at number one on the charts and has won several awards. It was written by Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman. The song tells of a man who's told that he doesn't have long to live, even though he's only in his early fourties. The lyrics include the words "Someday I hope you get the chance to live like you were dying."
