Paris Hilton has been subpoenaed in a case involving burglary, robbery, carjacking and kidnapping, but she is not charged with anything says the district attorney's spokesperson Jane Robison. "She just happens to be a witness," she said. The case is against Darnell Riley who allegedly broke into the home of Joe Francis and tried to kidnap him. One of Riley's associates told Paris Hilton that Riley was involved, leading to Francis identifying Riley says his attorney. "That was the basis for the probable cause to locate my client's photo which... Joe Francis identified," said the attorney.
