   I am 13 (male) i have lost four pounds in the last 2 weeks, i started at 9.3 and am now down to 8.8. I have made simple changes like eating less and eating healthier also the support from my family really encourages me such as my dad and i go for around 2 mile walks every other day. I can still snack but if i can i stick to fruit or yoghurt. Thanks for reading and good luck for all trying to lose weight

    @drummerGlucose - I want you to know that I care if you try to hurt yourself. Life is a blessing and we will experience many things and many challenges. The thing that I know can be hard is that we can’t control all the challenges that we face but we can control how we handle them. I know dealing with diabetes can be a difficult thing to handle. But God loves you and trust that you can deal with this challenge as well as the other things you are facing. Be strong and let me know what I can do?

    Your amazing, I just started a weight loss video diary myself. Im 15, 5″5, and 224 pounds, its just not healthy. The only one ive got trying to help me and cheering me on is my mom. I know how bad that can hurt when people say stuff about how big we are. Ive been going to the gym everyday for and hour and a half im very proud. I wish you luck.
