well, i use a honey mask twice a week… first i steam my face for 10 minutes, then i wash my face with cold water, next i apply some honey (it can get a bit messy) and leave it on for 10 min, finally i rinse off. it makes my skin look great! :)

    1. Putting warm honey on your face.
Put the honey in a glass for and into the microwave for maybe 20 seconds. It might or might not be hot from there.
Go into whereever you plan to apply,
and wet your face with warm water (to open the pores.) Apply the honey with either your clean fingers, messy, or
something like a butter knife, and get
yourself an all-around layer on your face. Keep it on for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse with warmer-than-before water,
and your face should be softer and
with time will help with your skin dramatically because honey’s good for the skin.

    2. Olive oil and non-gel toothpaste.
(Nearly the same thing as the honey)
Wet your face with warm water, get a towel and pour olive oil onto a small part of it.
After you’ve saturated your section of towel with olive oil, break out the toothpaste.
Place the toothpaste onto the saturated oil and rub it into eachother. Then massage into
your face and leave on for 5 minutes. Then rinse and put a little alcohol on it.

    3. Good ol’ fashioned acne cream and triple antibiotic ointment.
Get a brand that strikes your fancy. I saw someone said neutragena (sp?) is good, so maybe try
that. Wash your face with it, (I like to leave it on my face, like the foameyness, for a little
bit rather than just rinsing off) and pat dry. Then, put a thin ISH layer of triple antibiotic
ointment on your face or troubled areas. This will also help reduce scarring.

These are the masks that I use for my large pores. They look so much better since I started using these recipes.

    Papaya mask/exfoliant

Cut papaya in 1 inch chunks. Blend/mash 2 or 3 chunks and store the wrest in the freezer.
Apply the blended/mashed papaya and leave on face for 10-20 min. Use 2 or 3x a week.
The papaya may tingle but that just means that the papaya is working and it is breaking
down dead skin cells to give that lovely glow and since it breaks down the dead skin it
clears out the pores and in turn they shrink!!! (You may not see the results you want until you use it for a while.)

    Egg white mask

    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Beat ingredients. Apple to face, let dry 10-15 min. Rinse.
(Tightens pores. Makes you look like you got a mini face lift!!)

    Baking soda microdermbrasion/exfoliant recipe

Make a paste with baking soda and water, then gently rub on face and rinse.

Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck , wash it after 15 minutes.

Apply the mixture of carrot juice and basin. Leave it till it dries and wash the face.

Add two teaspoon of tomato juice with 4 teaspoon of curd and apply on the face.

Add a pinch of yeast with 2 teaspoon of cabbage juice and apply.

    Sea salt glow (my favorite!)

Make a paste using olive oil, fresh lemon juice or water to moisten the sea salt. Apply to face and gently rub skin, rinse.

(olive oil is good for dry or normal skin, lemon juice is better for oily or acne prone skin and water can be used for whichever.)
    Clay Facial mask

Choose the right clay for your skin type. (French-oily-acne, bentonite-normal, cosmetic or white-any,
kaolinite pink-normal-combo, kaolinite white-dry-mature, kaolinite red-sensitive. Add plain water or floral waters
or try wetting agents such as fruit purees . Make a thick paste of the clay. Apply the mask to your skin and let it
dry for 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Repeat weekly. ( I use french clay)

You can buy some of the clays here:

    Hope this helps!!!
