Of course. You are basically peeing your fat out if you drink a lot of water. It helps get rid of all the bad toxins in your body.

    it is vary good. if you drink alot before getting in something warm like a sweater and work out till your crazy sweaty then take a shower washing off that sweat is like washing off 5 lbs
