Question by Melrose: best kind of yogurt for weight loss?
i want to lose weight and i know some yogurts have a lot of sugar…which yogurt is the best for weight loss?

    Fiber 1 is the best for me.
    It’s very filling, tastes great, and it makes you go to the bathroom more often. (not like a laxitive or anything like that) but you know, it cleans you out.
