What are the best supplements for weight loss?

Question by Jeff C: What are the best supplements for weight loss?
I am 20 yeara old, 6″2 and weight 215 lbs. i just recently gained a lot of weight as back in the summer i was 190. Most of my fat is in my mid section and I know that’s the hardest place to burn fat. I’m mainly just trying to get back where I was in the summer and to lose a little more than that. I’m starting to go to the gym and doing cardio (2-3 miles on eliptical) and weights 4 or 5 days a week. What supplements can I take that will make the weight loss process a little bit easier and possibly quicker? My goal is to get to 180-185 by may-june. Thanks.

There are no supplements that genuinely work. All that stuff is mumbo jumbo marketing sold to make money from the gullible.

Diet and exercise is what you need to be doing.

215 to 185 should be easily achievable in that time.
