Bunnies and a different pet?

posted in Society & Cultures |

So I have 3 bunnies at my grandpas house which I am at like every day and our hamster had to be put down but lived a very long happy 2 years which is long for a hamster and we been wanting a different pet to. We have 3 bunnies that live free in the back yard and have an amazing life. I Am wondering if there is any good pets to put with them.
We where wanting a guinea pig or a hedgehog or something like that but it doesnt seem like that would be a good option with bunnies or to live out side. So what Ells is their?
And r hedgehogs good pets??
My holland lop is gonna have babies on Easter so we may keep one. But we want to know others options so please let me know

I have 2 holland lops both almost 2 Years old and one mini Rex thats not even one and they are all females: and are very sweet and even get along great with my gpas cats :

I used to have around 15 bunnies and 15 guinea pigs together in a cage. Theyre good with each other but be careful if one of them get sick all of them will die which happened to my pets

Turtles are also good with bunnies hamsters etc..

Maybe think about getting another hamster to replace the one that was put down. Sorry for your loss any rodent would work well but you might have more experience with a hamster

in my personal experience guinea pigs can be vicious and mean not to mention territorial. when you get another pet to be compatible with your Holland lops you need to think of another prey animal so that your bunnies dont get frightened.. not to mention eaten

if youre looking to let them free range in the yard with the rabbits then i suggest ferrets or guinea pigs.. even though my personal experience was bad i think they would be very good :
