Weight Question about a teen?

I am 15 a girl five feet and seven inches and weigh 147 pounds. How can i reduce some wight this summer and how much should I reduce?

    Dont try to lose too much in too short a time because its not healthy and can have negative sideeffects. NEVER skip meals. That is very unhealthy and can slow down your metabolism. A metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns energy/calories. So if you have a higher metabolism youre more likely to be able to eat more and stay thin. If you have a low metabolism its harder to lose weight.

    Eat healthy and exercise. Try to cut out unhealthy snacks maybe limit them to once or twice a week and eat lots of fruit and veggies Try to cut out soft drink drink diet soft drink if you must drink mainly only water if you can lots of water.

    Try to exercise for at least 30mins everyday or 4 times a week. You could go for a run use a skipping rope go for a long walk or go for a swim. Those are just a few ideas. Any more exercise than you currently do is good as long as you dont do too much exercise. Remember that even if you do everything right youre not going to notice much of a difference in a short time a few days. Itd normally be at least a few weeks until you notice a difference.

    Itd be great if you could tell someone about this preferably an adult so they can make sure youre doing this the right way. It would also be a good idea to have someone help you for motivation. Most weight loss takes months so the more motivation the better :

    to that dude BUT if you do lose any weight dont go under 130 lbs
