Question by Layla Mansfield: What is the difference in a child’s skin compared to a teen’s/adults?
What I’m asking is have you noticed that a child’s skin is smoother, more supple and clean, versus a teen’s or an adult’s which is more worn out looking, tired, dirty, etc. Why is that? What makes a child’s skin more different?

A child’s complexion does not have long-time exposure to the multitude of destructive environmental elements, stress, smoking, alcohol consumption, poor diet, insufficient sleep, and the general effects of aging. Another factor is hormone onset at puberty which can result in over-production of oil glands resulting in acne, enlarged pores, and possible scarring.
