How to explain this boys haircut? pic included?

How would I explain this boys haircut to a barber? Without printing it.

But not as long at the back.
When ever I just say a small trim and keep the fringe he keeps the fringe but he makes a gap between the fringe and the sides and it looks horrible.
It worked for me…???
Select it copy and paste it.
If I didnt put spaces in it then it would replace the end half of it with 3 dots

Barbers are taught shorter cuts and clipper cuts or straight edge razor cuts not regular hair cuts. You need to go to a stylist not a barber. I do many of these haircuts in just a week. Stylists know this cut better
