What should a male teen like me be doing for excersize?

Question by ManyQ’s28: What should a male teen like me be doing for excersize?
Wanna maintain muscle but lose my excess fat. 40lbs in a year. What cardio should I be doing? Chest excersizes? Help! I don’t know what I should be doing. I’m 15, 6ft, 235lbs. I am class one obese. What should I do? I just wanna look like a decent teen, no eight pack. Just a good chest, flat stomach, and muscle.

Yard work, painting, jogging. Don’t focus on the muscle until you lose the fat. Have fun and good luck.

    Well the upside is you have a big frame.. Should be strong…
    Lift weights for 40 -60 mins 4 -5 days a week.. So u build muscle an burn carbs.. Then after weights.. Do cardio exercise… For 30 -40 mins
    An then 10 mins of abs..

    Eat less carbs an more proteins…

    An train 2 muscles a workout…. 3 -4 different exercises per muscle… 4 sets each…. 10 -12 reps

    Try to do cardio, running, jogging. Go to the gym – try the bike and loads of cardio. Then to toning to get rid of the flab. Eat healthier. Go to the doctor – to help you with your diet or something.
