   Stress does it a lot I had a ap test and I broke the more I freaked out, but if possible get proactiv, it has gotten rid of almost all of it in about two months and I had pretty bad acne

   Diet, 90% of what you take in has to go back out, somewhere, so diet is one of the factors in that.
   Inactivity, a healthy and active body is usually better at responding naturally to such issues than a lazy or slothful body.
   Cleanliness or Hygiene is also a large player in that.

   the best way to prevent acne is drinking allot of water to keep your skin moisturized that way your skin produces less oil which keeps your skin cleaner.Sleeping a recommended 8 to 10 hours makes sure you and your skin is well rested and less stressed other ways to prevent “stress pimples” is excise. AND WASH YOUR FACE I swear if you wash it at most three times a day-once in the morning,in the shower,and before you go to bed your skin will thank you!
