whats a cute way to ask a girl out on new years eve?

Okay i like this girl and i know she likes me but i still want to be creative and ask her out in a cute way. i have it planned to do it at the end of the count down on new years eve. but i need a cute way. i dont want to just ask her like any other person would. do you want to go out? it just doesnt seem thought full or cute. can anyone help me?

Or you can just straight up kiss her at midnight.

Or if you wanna be slyish with it.. you can tell her theres something on her face.. THEN kiss her.

OR.. you can act like you are saying something to her so move your mouth/talk soft so she cant hear it well .. ideally she would lean in and ask What? then if shes not close enough you can act like your saying something again.. then if shes within range.. kiss her. Then after you can say Oh I said Happy New Year or something like that.. idk.

Talk to her throughout the night and then during the countdown you have to time it right maybe start at 9 lean in and say something like I know this new year is going to be great but what would make it even better would be if you were to go out with me. so what do you say? that way when she says yes you can kiss her when the ball drops at midnight
