need help with great weight loss exersizes for:
1. thieghs
2. butt
3. stomach

please and thanks
i do cardo monday, wednesday, and friday and i do weight training tuesday and thursday
i weigh 132 and im 14yrs old
i dont want to take any pills either
i weigh 7 pounds lighter than my mom and shes 41

all I could say for 1,2, and 3 is cardio cardio cardio!!! eating correctly, low sodium and low sugar. Just diet, once again cardio cardio cardio, 45 minutes cardio everyday, sweat and move. More and more cardio, more and more time spent doing cardio, weight loss success.
1. thighs, eliptical, walk, treadmill, run
2. butt, eliptical, walk, treadmill, run
3. Stomach, depends because situps or crunches build muscle but they are alright to do for abs, just do the cardio! work at it!
