Can anyone give me your specific success/failures with using green tea as a weight loss tool? How much did you drink and how often? Were you following an additional plan or exercising and how much? Did you drink a cold glass in the morning? Did is actually work?

Answer by robbet03 It doesnt actually work. It has a bit of a caffine like substance in it which gives you more engery. The plan is that with this slight energy boast you can work out more and burn more calories.
