Question by Nora Fear: How to maintain a perfect figure (for teens-girls only) ?
Hey there.
So…umm my height is 169cm and weight is 52 kgs.
I just want serious and helpful answers please.
Well i want to know as to what I should be eating to maintain a perfect figure and clear skin without blemishes and acnes?

Plenty fruit and veg,try and keep your sugar intake down to a minimum and plenty of water,thats all i got.
