I want to lose weight, and I’m working on it – I need to lose 5 – 8 pounds of fat, but gain 5 – 8 pounds of healthiness so I’m still the same weight. And my skin – I want it to be perfectly fair and white. I try to drink 8 ounces of water a day, but what else to make my skin white. I need healthy beauty tips – and fast. THANKS!!!

Answer by Anything And everything Make sure you get 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. Do not go to much in the sun. Drink more than 8 ounces of water a day. Eat fruits, veggies, healthy meats, protein, and not so much of the fatty foods.
