Ok so I usually eat really well to begin with but I’ve noticed I’m having a hard time cutting back on portion sizes. So I thought maybe if replace one meal a day with either a salad or a slim fast(I will alternate them so I won’t get bored) will help me lose weight. Cuz then I can work on controlling my portions for other meals but because of the salad I wont be going over calories. I do not like dressing slot croutons do the salad will be just lettuce carrots cabbage and I use low fat shredded cheese (about a tablespoon) and then the slimfasts are only 190 calories. If I alternate them every day will I see a significant weight loss? I’m also fairly active. I like to walk a lot and I have my own elliptical plus when the weather gets better I like to run at a field right by my house. Any tips will help, thanks

It worked for me…temporarily, that is. Until I got sick of salads. I got a full body rash from slim fast…be careful…Yes, you will see a significant weight loss…It’s good that you can exercise..I couldn’t. (Doctors’ orders) I think you can do it. Good luck.
