Not just the oddspot? I have it all over my face chest and back since i was 11 im 16 now. my parents had it too but theirs is completely gone. but i have it all over my face and they tell me it’ll go away but it doesnt seem like it.

Answer by kelly e Try using nutregena body acne wash with a lufa mit or one on a stick, or simply an oxy face wash – for the body – and do it daily.
Most hormonal acne does clear up by 21 but some people get acne as they age – and never had it when a teen.
Find a product line and stick to a regime twice a day without fail and use products in the shower.
Try using zinc, e and c and a orally too (vitamins).

Hi, I have been doing weight training every day for a while now, arms one day chest the next etc, and I was just wondering how much weight training benefits fat loss (if at all). Thanks!

Answer by lakerwres157 Weight lifting is great for fat loss, but you should be doing cardio also. Weight lifting increases your metabolism and your energy throughout the day. You actually burn just about as many calories lifting weights as you do running. One of the things is you have to incorporate both. weight lifting alone wont help you lose that much weight. Cardio and proper diet are the 2 key things to fat loss.
As long as you burn more calories then you eat, you will lose weight. But that doesn’t mean stop eating, or eat once a day. That’s awful for your body and will actually have the reverse effect. When your body doesn’t get enough calories during the day it goes into storage mode, and will actually keep your fat cells, and get rid of your muscle cells first.
I don’t know your body type, or how much you want to lose. But weight training def helps.
