Try messy buns held together with pins and this can even be done with only the top half of the hair and the rest of the hair can be wrapped around a curling iron in large sections to create a loose messy wave, that’s very ahead of the trends right now, easy fuss free hair

I was 16 when I had my son. I was headed in the wrong direction of life since I turned 13 I was partying all the time drinking smoking pot having sex, etc. but when I got pregnant with my son my whole life was changed for the better. I stopped doing everything & my life is so wonderful now & I am so blessed. I was even lucky enough to marry my babys father. Now I am 19 and we are 20 wks pregnant with number 2. So with me it made me better. I had alot of support from my family I couldnt have done it without them

Photovoice involves, engages and empowers teens in Wilmington

A few nice teen help images I found:

The city of Wilmington has higher teen pregnancy rates and fewer kids staying in school as compared to other cities across the state. Recently, several local community organizations partnered to find out what might be leading to these statistics through an innovative research project called Photovoice.

Photovoice aims to use photographic images taken by teens to help identify and understand the barriers, facilitators and social norms of youths in Wilmington. Those findings are then shared with community leaders and policy makers in an effort to promote social and policy change.

On September 27 at the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts, Wilmington teens unveiled their Photovoice images to an enthusiastic audience of parents, community leaders and local policy makers. Through their photographs and accompanying words, the teens uniquely captured their perceptions about their futures.

The project found teens perceive a high school diploma, access to community centers and caring adults in their lives as positive influences on their future. Negative influences on their outlook included gun violence, substance abuse and peer pressure. After the photo exhibit and multi-media presentation, the audience engaged in a rich discussion about the importance of the teens’ findings and potential venues for the Photovoice project.

With funding from Delaware’s Division of Public Health and the T.D. Charitable Foundation, Christiana Care’s Women’s Health Services team partnered with Neighborhood House, Inc., People’s Settlement Association and Kingswood Community Center, Inc. to conduct this local research project.

What is a really good weight loss diet program?

Question by : What is a really good weight loss diet program?
I want to get a head start on weight loss for the new year. I don’t have a lot of extra time, so an online program would be best for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try to eat some health bars for snack, instead of the usual, chips or cookies. These bars taste good, and are much more healthy for you. Also when you are home try to move around more then just watch the tv or sit at the computer. This will burn calories just by moving around, and im sure that wont tire you out. After you try that for a few weeks, a mostly likely lose a few pounds. Try running on a elliptical, and increase your time/distance every time you run on it. This should work well.
Also try out the site i have attached, it should help you out
Good luck and hope i helped!

Yes it’s perfectly safe. Just be sure that when they make their account that they don’t put really personal stuff about themselves in their description.
