Question by : What weight loss supplements can people with Bipolar condition take?
I would like to know specifically what supplements to help aid weight loss for Bipolar people on weight gaining Bipolar medication (which slows the metabolism and increases appetitite)
I already know of Green Tea to speed up metabolism and suppress appetite and Acai Berry DOES help you look a bit thinner in the face and relieves minimal bloat if taken moderately.
What other supplements are safe?
I want as much help as i can get!

Sabrina is one of my absolute favorite models to shoot with – we have such a great rapport and she is drop dead gorgeous too. We did a group shoot at Silver Run on Elmendorf in Anchorage, AK, and unfortunately had a number of shooters cancel so we were swamped with models – the down side was I only had a few minutes to shoot with Sabrina just as she was leaving the shoot – what a bummer. However, she is still talking to me so we will shoot again!
Sabrina had some face painting done, courtesy of Kat Jacobs, and she looked like a little hobo – very sweet indeed.
Strobist info – I had two flash units, one a Canon 580 EX II, camera left, and a Vivitar 285HV, camera right. The Canon was at 1/2 power, the Vivitar at 1/4 power. I used Cybersync receivers triggered by a Cybersync transmitter.
