Question by : How to keep the weight off after weight watchers weight loss?
I have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the weight LOSS system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.
I have just started going to the gym.
I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well.
Anything further would be appreciated.

Answer by Amy first congratulations on your weight loss, that’s fantastic ! , and i personly think that a good diet and plenty of exercise which the gym is great. but if u do things like weight watches, and loose the weight its easier to go on something like body trim or a drink/shake like that, even after u have lost the weight, it will just prevent you from gaining it again.

Question by : Any music videos that start with a news report or speaking?
For example, is there a hip-hop video that starts with a radio news report? I feel like this is the case. Looking for examples of music videos that start with a voiceover, preferably from the radio (imagine a radio DJ talking as we see the set up / we then kick off with a video). The more references the better here, thanks so much everyone. It’s for a project I’m working on due tomorrow.

I’m so nervous because i’m a teen and going to a party and my crush is going to be there! I want to look my best and impress him, anyone have any beauty tips or just any tips for me to impress my crush?
Btw the theme is neon colours and i am wearing a tutu, camisole, sequined shrug, knee high socks, and bright pink legwarmers, maybe some heels. Have no idea what i am going to do with makeup or hair!

Answer by Zeru Dont rely on make-up (a little is good but not too much), be yourself, dress properly and no revealing outfits. then your good =D

There’s this videos on teen nick and it says something like hang ten at the beginning. ANd it has that girl “Stella” from ‘Jonas’ in it. It’s bout this kinda nerdy dude trying to get the pretty girl but the jocks pick on him and I THINK they end up together. Please help.
