ive gone through hell and back from being sexually abused to being in the darkest place anyone can get to. my life led to a several suicidal attempts.. i would like to write a book or open a website or do something to help teens who feel like no one understands them and they feel lost… well i wanna let them know am here to help cause ive been there too.. any suggestions?

I have been really disappointed lately that I have not been able to watch music videos on vh1. I love them and I hope that somebody can tell me all or at least most of the videos that they are currently playing on mtv and vh1.
