Question by Anna: If a teen girl never gets acne does that mean that she takes the pill?
I just read that taking the pill makes girls not have acne EVER. There are some girls at school I see who constantly have flawless skin does this mean they “probably” take the pill?
Best answer:
Answer by imagine No. Some people are just lucky and have naturally clear skin, and some use acne treatments that keep their skin clear.
Birth control can lessen acne in some cases, but it won’t make someone who normally has bad acne have perfectly clear skin. In many cases, birth control doesn’t affect acne or it can even make acne worse.

Question by : Starting a teen advice column in my local newspaper?

So what I want to know is, who should I contact at my local newspaper? I’m only thirteen, but I want them to take me seriously. Should I get in contact with the editor? Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you : )
Correction: It would be great-not I’d be great. Lol.

-Stay professional because you’re young and people might underrate you.
-Contact the newspaper, better yet, go to the main office personally so they know you’re dead serious about the job.
